Joshua started his career at Fidelity Investments. He joined the investor relations consultancy Broker Profile and in 2011 he became Head of London and a Client Director. The firm became the independent market leader and was acquired in August 2015 with a client base of over seventy FTSE clients. Joshua has been integral in helping a wide range of corporates diversify their registers, boost liquidity and improve valuations, whilst also advising and raising capital. Joshua co-founded Radnor Capital Partners in January 2016 and later became Managing Partner.

Iain’s twenty-year broking career started in corporate finance and ended in equity research as a Director, Equity Research at Canaccord Genuity. Iain joined Broker Profile, the leading investor relations consultancy in 2014 following several in-house investor relations and corporate development engagements. At Broker Profile, Iain was responsible for building the client advisory and investor analytics business. Iain co-founded Radnor Capital Partners in January 2016.

Stephen has thirty years’ experience of operating as a Finance Director and Chief Executive in a number of complex business environments. Stephen is currently non-executive at Allenby Capital, his role includes acting as company secretary and applying compliance oversight to the FCA and LSE regulated activities.

William has over ten years of equity capital markets experience, most recently at Zeus Capital where he was a Director in equity research. During the six years prior to this, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald and Charles Stanley Securities as a Director. Throughout his career, he has provided invaluable advice and investor feedback to his corporate clients that has supported their growth and helped shape their messaging. He holds a broad range of institutional investor relationships. Will also has experience in IPOs, secondary fundraises and M&A.

Ralph has over eight years of sell-side and Capital Markets experience. He spent six years at independent research house, Redburn Europe organising and managing roadshows on behalf of Large-Cap UK and EU corporates, as well as thematic investor events. More recently, Ralph was responsible for Investor Access at Newgate Communications for Small and Mid-Cap clients as part of the Capital Markets team. Ralph has a broad range of investor relationships built up over many years.

Mike began his City career in 2002, as an equity analyst at Jefferies, focused on both large cap pharmaceuticals and small cap biotech in Europe. Promotion in 2005 led to a senior analyst position focused on Italy, as a sector generalist for Small and Mid-Cap equities. A 2007 move to Société Générale saw him join the Relative Value team, helping hedge funds with European equity ideas. From early 2010 Mike spent over 9 years as Head of Research at Accendo Markets, transforming the brokerage’s trading research product for clients.

Following a 20 year career as a highly rated TMT focused sell side analyst, Alex has been working with Radnor Capital Partners alongside developing his own strategic consultancy. Alex’s investment banking experience spans ING, Credit Agricole, Panmure Gordon, Peel Hunt and Cenkos. Alex retains strong links with the buyside investment community, public and private equity, and is well known in angel investing circles. Alex has significant experience of both public and private company fundraisings.

Liz is a highly regarded figure in the Life Science sector and holds a First Class Degree in Applied Biology with Genetics, an MA in Medicine, Science & Society, and an MBA. Elizabeth started her City career in 1995 and in 2015 left N+1 Singer to set up her own consultancy, Klein-Edmonds Associates. Since then, she has advised both investors in UK Life Sciences companies and Life Science businesses too. For much of her City career, Elizabeth was Top 10 ranked in the Extel Survey and was the Starmine Healthcare Stockpicker of the year in 2006 and 2013.
