Joshua started his career at Fidelity Investments. He joined the specialist investor relations consultancy Broker Profile in 2010 and shortly after became Head of London Advisory and Client Director. As Client Director, he was responsible for a number of FTSE 250 and Small-Cap clients across sectors such as Technology, Media, Support Services, Real Estate and Software. Joshua was instrumental in developing the firm’s core institutional and private wealth manager relationships. Broker Profile established itself as the independent market leader until it was acquired in August 2015 with a client base of over seventy FTSE 100, FTSE 250, Small-Cap and AIM listed clients. Joshua’s expertise is in both building strong investor relationships and advising upon a wide range of capital markets problems on behalf of corporate clients. He has been integral in helping corporates diversify their share-registers, boost liquidity, raise their profile and in turn improve valuations. Transactional experience (particularly advising on and raising capital) has also been a key function, with clear, impartial advice always sat the heart of every engagement. Joshua worked alongside his Radnor co-founder, Iain Daly, at Broker Profile. Their experience of the evolving needs of listed companies was the genesis of Radnor, which launched in January 2016. Joshua later became Managing Partner in 2017 and subsequently Chief Executive in 2019.
