Joshua started his career at Fidelity Investments. He joined the specialist investor relations consultancy Broker Profile in 2010 and shortly after became Head of London Advisory and Client Director. As Client Director, he was responsible for a number of FTSE 250 and Small-Cap clients across sectors such as Technology, Media, Support Services, Real Estate and Software. Joshua’s expertise is in both building strong investor relationships and advising upon a wide range of capital markets problems on behalf of corporate clients. He has been integral in helping corporates diversify their share-registers, boost liquidity, raise their profile and in turn improve valuations. Transactional experience (particularly advising on and raising capital) has also been a key function, with clear, impartial advice always sat the heart of every engagement. Joshua worked alongside his Radnor co-founder, Iain Daly, at Broker Profile. Their experience of the evolving needs of listed companies was the genesis of Radnor, which launched in January 2016. Joshua later became Managing Partner in 2017 and subsequently Chief Executive in 2019.

Neville's forty year City career began at Sun Life of Canada. Between 1985 and 2000 he managed a number of pension funds as well as covering several sectors as a Research Analyst with a particular interest in the Media, Leisure and Pharmaceutical sectors. When he moved to Hill Samuel Asset Management in 1995 he was also part of the team that coordinated Mid-Cap research as the firm’s exposure was progressively built in that area. In 2000, he co-founded IR Focus, an investor relations consultancy. The business set out to substantially lessen the “dialogue gap” between quoted companies and their major shareholders by more effectively building the equity story and backing it up by obtaining detailed investor feedback, often involving investor perception audits. In addition, with an increasing focus on Small-Cap companies, he delivered an “outsourced IR” function, managing most of the key aspects of a company’s annual investor relation requirements.
